Emotional Balance
This course is created for you to: understand your emotions better, learn how to navigate your emotions and express them in a safe way, balance your emotional state by practicing simple breathing techniques and meditations.
Women are often judged by being emotional. Sure, we feel things more intensely, we cry often and we care deeply. However, very often we don't know how to manage our emotional ocean with its hide and low tides.
We feel like we are not fitting into society and it's norms. We have been taught by our teachers and parents to be calm, quiet and comfortable. We have learned to shut down, to keep it to ourselves and to block our emotional expressions. Our loved ones might be scared and not ready for that depth of emotion that you feel.
What if I tell you that instead, you should embrace them? Emotions are our responses to everything that is going on around us. If we do not acknowledge our emotions we can feel anxious, stressed, lonely, depressed, unsupported and unworthy. Holding on to your emotions for an extended period can build illness in your body. We don't want that right?
In this short free course, we will be connecting to our emotions. We will embrace them as our friends and learn how to use them to our advantage instead of a disadvantage. We will fall in love with the authenticity and honesty that they bring to our lives. Also, we will understand how to communicate them safely to the people around with love and care.
